28-year-old thief breaks into house and attacks sleeping 13-year-old girl

A 13-year-old girl experienced horror in her own home in Kasos when a 28-year-old gypsy broke into the house.

According to relevant sources, the arrested and confessed criminal entered through the main door of the house with the intention of committing a theft. But when he saw the sleeping girl, he approached her, covered her mouth with his hand and tried to rape her.

“Shut up! Calm down! Don't scream,” he allegedly told her. The girl, who immediately woke up, was terrified and began to cry and scream, causing the attacker to run out of the house. Shortly after, her grandfather came down from the top floor and called the police.

A few hours later, the thief was arrested by the Kasos police. He was charged with attempted rape with physical force, attempted sexual intercourse with a minor, systematic theft and damage to property.

The arrested man confessed that a few days ago he was doing some work near the minor's house, saw her, liked her, and decided to enter the house. However, seeing her sleeping, he could not control himself and wanted to have sexual contact with her.
