The Internet edition “Russian Athens” continues to publish culinary recipes from Irina Fedotova. Bright Summer salad with arugula, croutons and pine nuts.
The recipe is not complicated and fast at all. The biscuits are crumbly and aromatic. It looks just gorgeous, eaten instantly with friends over a cup of hot coffee. For the filling, it is advisable to use jam of a bright contrasting color.
RECIPE:
arugula – 50 grams
leaf salad – 100 grams (you can mix – green, red, etc.)
bulgarian pepper – 80 grams (red, yellow, green)
salt
olive oil – 3-4 tbsp. spoons
tomato – 2 pieces
balsamic vinegar – 2 tbsp spoons
pine nuts – 2 tbsp. spoons
crouton (I have homemade black bread)
COOKING:
Coarsely chop any lettuce, add small arugula leaves to it, multi-colored bell peppers cut into strips, tomatoes, small cherry tomatoes are well suited.
Salt, add balsamic vinegar and olive oil, mix everything well.
Sprinkle with pine nuts on top and add croutons to the menu.
All the salad is ready!
