A Greek police chase of gypsies who stole a car in the Kifissia area ended with the car falling into the foundation pit of a building under construction.
It all happened early on Wednesday morning (11/09) when police launched a pursuit operation after receiving reports of a stolen car. Officers located it on Kaliftaki Avenue and it is reported that The driver crashed into a patrol car twice.
The hijacker then continued his dash, but lost control and flew off the road, falling into the foundation pit of a house under construction. The car was surrounded and police carried out two arrests.
One of the hijackers reportedly received minor injuries.
