Incident on the bus with a Moldovan woman and gypsies

A 53-year-old woman from Moldova, a passenger on the Artemis-Mint bus line, had to experience very unpleasant moments and even horror.

The woman boarded a bus last Sunday afternoon (July 21) at the Agios Nikolaos stop in Artemis to go to her home in the Cholargos area. Around 20 Roma men and women joined her, which turned into a nightmare. The people were making a lot of noise, and some appeared to be “tipsy”. At one point, they even started playing ball… inside the bus. According to the complaint, some of them were shouting and swearing while holding beers.

At some point, the woman, unable to stand the situation any longer, decided to reprimand them. And asked them to “stop this disgrace.” However, they began to threaten her, as a result of which she called the Pallini police station. During the conversation, she told them what exactly was happening inside the bus. The service officer replied that he would send a patrol to check. Thus, a blockade was established on Marathonas Avenue, just before Ag. Paraskevi. EL.AS. The police motioned for the driver to stop, but for some unknown reason he continued on his way to the terminal.which was located at the Mint.

About an hour after the woman got on the bus, it was time for her to get off. At that moment, a woman from the gypsy group with a baby in her arms approached her and allegedly said to her: “Why did you call the police? They'll take you away from here, as if it were nothing!” and immediately after that, she hit her in the face. At the same time, she snatched the mobile phone that the woman was holding and got off with the rest of the “camp”, heading towards their settlement.

The Moldovan woman has reported the incident to EL.AS once again, giving the characteristics of the perpetrator. The police are looking for CCTV footage to identify those involved.
