An 11-year-old girl in the Chalkidiki region, together with her parents, filed a police report, reporting that two minors, aged 13 and 15, had been violent and sexually harassing her, photographing and filming their actions using a mobile phone.
The accused were arrested by the employees of the Sub-Directorate for the Protection of Minors of the City of Thessaloniki, and a criminal case was opened against them under the following articles:
- violation of sexual integrity,
- causing physical harm,
- threats,
- insult to sexual dignity,
- production of child pornography.
By order of the prosecutor of Polygyros, two minors, after a conversation with them, were released in connection with the ongoing investigation into alleged acts committed between the end of June and the beginning of July of this year.
