“The constant goal of our policy is to increase the disposable income of citizens. We are working to de-escalate prices and reduce food inflation to zero and even negative levels. We persistently implement market intervention measures, build cooperation between all entities (consumer movement, entrepreneurship, the state) and at the same time prevent (as far as possible) violation of the law by increasing the limits of fines fivefold.

We are working to increase citizens' incomes with the goal that the average salary by the end of four years will be 1,500 euros. We never rest and do everything in our power to to support the average Greek family and especially families who are struggling to make ends meet“We continue to strive to reduce prices on store shelves and increase the amount of money at the disposal of citizens,” the government representative noted.
