Delicate and very tasty cake… with chicken


Waffle cakes, sold in any supermarket, are universal. With their help, you can prepare a salad, a sweet dessert, an appetizer, and even an unusual cake with chicken.

Household members and guests will appreciate the original dish, which even a novice housewife can prepare.

Ingredients:

  • 800 g chicken fillet
  • 150 g onion
  • 150 g carrots
  • 0.5 tsp curry (you can do without this seasoning, if you wish)
  • 1.5 tsp. salt
  • 0.5 tsp. black pepper
  • half a bunch of parsley
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 waffle layers
  • 5 tbsp sour cream
  • 100 g mozzarella.

Preparation:

  1. Peel the onion and carrot, cut the vegetables and chicken fillet into pieces and grind until minced, using a food processor, blender or regular meat grinder. If you bought ready-made minced chicken, then the task is simplified – grind only the vegetables in a blender and mix them with the minced meat.
  2. Add curry, salt, pepper, chopped parsley and 2 eggs to the resulting mass. Mix everything well. Separately beat the sour cream with the egg.
  3. Grease a round baking dish with butter. Place a waffle crust at the bottom and place 1/3 of the meat filling on it. Do the same with the next cakes.
  4. All that's left is to pour the future cake with sour cream whipped with egg and put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for half an hour. After 30 minutes, sprinkle the almost ready cake with grated cheese and put it back in the oven for another ten minutes.
