Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov considers the statement of the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, in which the head of the court expresses his intention to cooperate with Moscow on the situation in Ukraine, to be absurd and senseless.
“What absurdity. We do not accept the jurisdiction of this court. We do not consider his verdicts to be legitimate,” Vladimir Putin's press secretary said about this.
“We don’t see the slightest opportunity for cooperation,” a Kremlin representative responded to a request to comment on the statement of ICC prosecutor Karim Khan to the Russian agency TASS.
