President and Voice of Logic MEP candidate Aphroditi Latinopoulou, during her television interview on Wednesday morning (5/6), said: “Fay Skorda ordered my social media to be shut down”.
She also stated that in recent years “Fascism reigns on television” and gave a striking example that the party's advertising video was not shown on ERT, “because we use scenes from Eurovision, which we pay for.”
“I would like to add one more thing, and it is very important, I would like to thank you for the time you gave me today, because in recent years I have noticed that fascism reigns on the channels. I would also like to thank you personally for giving me the opportunity to perform, because what I feel today is that our video on ERT, for example, was not shown due to the fact that we use scenes from Eurovision, which we pay for. They are cut out and our opinions are silenced every day.
Your colleague, who not so long ago publicly stated: close your social networks and gave the order. I have a video recording. Miss Fay Skorda, who serves this fascism. All opinions must always be heard democratically and this fascism must be fought.”– said Aphroditi to Latinopoulou.
“I would not want to get involved in this discussion because a name was mentioned. Sometimes the path may not be fair to the essence of an opinion, and all opinions can be heard. Besides, whatever you have with Faye, you both can work it out”answered Stamatina Tsimtsili and hastened to clarify that the decision that political figures will take part in the show is made by the Alpha leadership, and that space and time are given to all political factions.
