A woman was found dead on the side of the road in the Acharnes area on the morning of May 16, with a knife lying next to her.
How reports CNN Greece, the incident occurred on Parnitos Street, at the intersection with Aristotle Street. There are stab wounds on the woman's body, most likely inflicted by this knife.
Police work at the crime scene looking for evidence and possible witnesses.
