Want to improve your mood? Eat a salad, a banana, or any other fruit or vegetable you prefer. Researchers have calculated that with every additional serving of fresh food we eat every day, the happiness and well-being we experience increases.
What the study showed
The survey of experimental scientists, published in the American Journal of Public Health, included more than 12,000 men and women.
