Hamas militants entered the city of Ashkelon, Bild reports. They were previously seen in Sderot. The publication’s military analyst Julian Röpke notes:
“There has never been such a large-scale Hamas attack on Israel before. Terrorists captured the center of the Israeli city of Ashkelon (7 km north of Gaza) after breaking out of the strip. Sderot also appears to be partially under Hamas control. This means war.”
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu also speaks about the war after the surprise attack by the Palestinians, when hundreds of rockets hit Israel from the Gaza Strip:
“We are at war. We are talking about a full-fledged war.”
The militants are rampaging. The network was flooded with videos with scenes of violence. Social networks were turned off for the children so that they would not see the creepy footage.

BBC publication reportsthat dozens of militants from the Islamist militant group Hamas appear to have infiltrated southern Israel. The attacks have already wounded 545 people and killed at least 22 Israelis, according to Israeli officials.
