Singer and composer Vyacheslav Dobrynin passed away (video)


Composer and singer Vyacheslav Dobrynin died at the age of 79. Last week he was hospitalized with a suspected stroke.

The sad news was reported by the artist’s wife Irina. The date and place of farewell will be announced later.

Vyacheslav Dobrynin is a People’s Artist of the Russian Federation, author of such compositions as “Blue Fog” and “Don’t rub salt on my wound…”. The songs he wrote were performed by Alla Pugacheva, Lev Leshchenko, Mikhail Boyarsky and other artists.

The artist was born on January 25, 1946 in Moscow. Dobrynin graduated from Moscow school No. 5. After school he entered Moscow State University, from which he graduated in 1970 with a degree in Art History and Art Criticism. Dobrynin's debut as a composer took place in 1970.

Previously, Dobrynin suffered two strokes, which caused the cessation of touring activities.
