Tragedy in Moscow's Lefortovo Park Residential Complex – Muscovite Threw Child and Wife from 16th Floor (video)


A tragedy occurred in the Russian capital yesterday evening, August 25: a 39-year-old resident of the Lefortovo Park residential complex in Moscow threw his wife and baby from the sixteenth floor.

The victims of the inadequate died on the spot. After that, the man did not stop his madness, BB.LV reports, standing naked in the window, he threw things out.

Law enforcement officers arrived at the scene, but the man locked himself in the apartment and would not let anyone in. A source in the prosecutor's office reported:

“He stood naked on the window for a long time and threw things from there. Now the courtyard in the residential complex “Lefortovo Park” is cordoned off. A criminal case has been opened, the situation is under the control of the prosecutor's office.”

The department commented on the horrific incident on its Telegram channel, noting that the deceased child was the Muscovite's young son (earlier it was reported that it was his daughter). The investigation has not yet announced the criminal's motives:

“The bodies of a woman and a small child with injuries typical of a fall from a height were found under the windows of a residential building on Krasnokazarmennaya Street. The work of law enforcement agencies is being coordinated at the scene by Lefortovo Interdistrict Prosecutor Zafar Makhmudov. The prosecutor's office is monitoring the establishment of all the circumstances of the incident, as well as the progress of the pre-investigation check and the decision to initiate a criminal case based on its results.”

Later, information was received about the identity of the man who threw his wife and child out of the window. According to preliminary data, this is bank employee Alexander Lipatov. He had been married to his wife Milena for about three years. What happened between them that morning is unknown. Lipatov has been detained at the moment – he was carried out of the house on a stretcher, as he was injured during the assault.
