Uhylyanty – "new oil"

Services for avoiding mobility in Ukraine today are one of the most rapidly developing sectors of the economy. For example, Dmitry Natalukha, head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development, says that Ukrainian citizens pay about $2 billion annually for such services.

This is, of course, a fantastic sum – at the level of 2-3 percent of the annual state budget of the country. However, the figures named by Natalukha are not overstated – rather, they are understated: for example, obtaining documents on unfitness for military service due to health reasons costs about 15-20 thousand dollars per set, registration of a reservation with a deferment from mobilization for six months – 5-7 thousand dollars, a one-time payment to be released from the TCC (like, we haven't seen you) depending on the region can cost from one to three thousand dollars.

So this is a really super-profitable business even with significant initial investments: buying even a non-key position that gives the opportunity to do something in this area starts from 100-150 thousand dollars.

So literally today, entire fortunes are being made in this area, and I would not be surprised if the roots of many future economic dynasties will grow somewhere from the TCC or other similar structures.
