A domestic helper cleaned out a house in Glyfada

Law enforcement officers detained a 56-year-old woman on suspicion of stealing a large sum of money.

According to information ELASthe incident occurred on Tuesday, October 1. A large sum of money was discovered missing from the house where the woman worked, and the police detained the suspect. Some of the stolen money was found in the possession of a domestic helper, who, as it turned out, did not have documents confirming her legal stay in the country.

During the investigation it turned out that the woman took advantage of the trust of the owners of the house and their absence at the time of the theft. She was found guilty. The arrested illegal immigrant, along with the materials of the case brought against her, was taken from the Glyfada security department to the competent prosecutor.
