A shootout between Albanians took place on Monday afternoon (23/09) in the center of Athens, in the Omonia area. According to information, The incident occurred at the intersection of Crete and Akominatou streets.
As a result of the clash, one Albanian was injured and was sent to Lajko Hospital for treatment. Initially, it was reported that the location of the wounded man was unknown and that he was being searched for. Police who arrived at the scene of the incident found seven shell casings.

The victim was taken to Laiko Hospital with serious injuries. The attacker managed to escape.
According to the information, two people on a motorcycle approached the victim and opened fire. The situation is very reminiscent of a contract killing… The preliminary investigation into the case was conducted by the Attica Security Department.
