In the German city of Kunzelsau, a 61-year-old man killed his wife, who was from Nikisiani Kavala.
The victim was a 50-year-old woman. The man, who is from the village of Paggayo, was arrested, the motives for the crime remain unclear.
After killing his wife, the criminal most likely attempted suicide by cutting his veins. He was taken to hospital where he received first aid.
On Sunday morning, September 15, the wife-killer was arrested by police and will appear in court on charges of “premeditated murder.” Details of the tragedy are not provided. The police report only says that law enforcement officers were called to the apartment complex in Kunzelsau on Friday afternoon and first found a man bleeding from self-inflicted injuries in one of the rooms, and then a dead woman.
The method of murder is still unknown, as is the motive for the crime. The couple has two children.
