Homemade ice cream with caramel condensed milk


One of the ingredients of this irreplaceable delicacy in the heat is boiled condensed milk, or caramel condensed milk, which gives the ice cream an extraordinary taste and tenderness. It is not difficult to make it, and it takes very little time to prepare.

Ingredients

400 g caramel condensed milk;
350 ml milk;
200 g whipping cream, fat content 22% or higher.

Preparation

Divide the ice cream making process into two stages. First, prepare the base. Place a saucepan with milk on the stove, add condensed milk and stir until it is completely dissolved. There is no need to bring it to a boil. Now all that remains is to wait until the mixture cools down completely, so you can do other things.

The main cooking process takes place in the second stage. Beat the cold cream well with a mixer until it reaches a creamy consistency. While continuing to beat, gradually add the milk-caramel mixture.
