Andrey Yusov, a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine, said that the first and main goal of the project is to make public information about convicted Russian agents, traitors and collaborators who cooperated or helped Russian forces in the war against Ukraine.

All information will be published on the project website hochuksvoim.com, and thanks to the “consent to exchange” option, convicted collaborators will be able to agree to be exchanged for Ukrainians who are in Russian captivity. Yusov explains:

“Thanks to the project, citizens will also learn about the possibility of ending forced cooperation with the enemy and how to inform law enforcement about enemy agents in their environment in order to prevent their further crimes. All that is required for this is to find and fill out a special form on the website. In order to effectively achieve the stated goals, the project website will publish information about convicted Russian agents, traitors and collaborators who have agreed to be exchanged in the Russian Federation.”
