Polymarket Platform Predicts Donald Trump's Victory in US Presidential Election

Online betting service Polymarket is increasingly making headlines in the US, with people from all over the world using the platform to bet on the outcome of political events.

At the same time, the service has shown good results so far: for example, Polymarket clearly predicted Joe Biden's withdrawal from the presidential race. While the US presidential team denied this possibility, people around the world were betting on Joe Biden withdrawing his candidacy from the elections.

What does the platform say about the race for the White House between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris? For now, it looks like Trump will win, but there is still a lot of time left before the US elections in November.

At the start of this week, Donald Trump had a 64% chance of winning the presidential election. Kamala Harris' chances of winning the presidency were estimated at 29%, but in a few days, they have increased to 32%.

Trump has already received around $43 million in bets, while Harris has $24.6 million. At the same time, some users are betting on Michelle Obama ($21.5 million) and even Kanye West ($7 million), but they have virtually no chance of entering the presidential race.

Trump's chances of winning rose by nearly ten percentage points after the assassination attempt, but subsequently fell again by nearly five percentage points.

In addition, Polymarket offers bets on whether Joe Biden will serve out his term as US President. The probability of this is currently estimated at 56%.
