American actor Benji Gregory dies in car from heatstroke (video)


The star of the popular TV series “Alf” met his death in his own car – he fell asleep in the car when it was very hot outside and never woke up. His beloved dog died with him.

American actor Benji Gregory gained wide recognition after performing roles of Brian Tanner, the youngest member of the family, in the comedy series AlfHe died under strange circumstances, writes Daily Mail.

Gregory's family assumes that he fell asleep in the car – it was very hot that day, the actor could have suffered heat stroke and died. His body was found in the car along with his dead dog Hans in a bank parking lot in Peoria, Arizona.

The cause of death is under investigation. The former actor's sister says he suffered from depression, bipolar disorder and had sleep problems, which caused him to have insomnia. Apparently, sleep overcame him after a sleepless night right in his car in the parking lot.
