Tatoi
The project concerns the use of the former royal estate of Tatoi, namely the reception and catering facilities on the historic site. It is noted that the estate, with a total area of 42,000 acres, is an integral part of the Parnitha National Forest. It includes a historic core of 650 hectares and agricultural land of about 500 hectares.

The buildings in the historic core of the Tatoi estate are classified as cultural monuments and national heritage. The project concerns the use of 24 buildings, the area of which ranges from approximately 30 square meters to 930 square meters, with the proposed use of the land (tentatively) for the creation of guest houses, restaurants and greenhouses. A winery, olive mill and equestrian center will be restored.

The year 2025 will be a major milestone in the restoration work of the historic estate. Once completed, the main museum infrastructure will be completed and handed over to the public.

Olympic Venues in Piania
The Paania Olympic facilities, abandoned for many years, are currently being renovated, modernized and transformed into a high-quality training center for Olympic sports. At the same time, the facilities will be made available to the residents of the eastern Attica region. Specifically, by the end of the year, two modern training facilities will be completed, which will then be surrounded by other facilities open to the public, with the support of the regional authorities.

Business park in Fili
The aim of the project is the development, licensing, construction, operation and maintenance of a type A2 business park in the logistics sector of the SPILIES location in the Municipality of Fili (Attica).

The territory will be used as a modern hub of business activity and supply chain operations. It will be a modern national transport and logistics center, which will comprehensively and effectively meet the needs of the national freight market from Attica and to all regions of the country. Upon completion of the work on the center, there will be opportunities for the integration of additional “logistics” services, international transit services, as well as additional support services.
