According to the forecast of meteorologist Clearhos Marousakis, on Saturday March 9, most of the country, with the exception of eastern Macedonia, will experience good weather.
On Sunday, the mercury will rise above normal levels for the season. A warm atmospheric front will arrive in our country from the central Mediterranean, as a result of which the temperature will rise to 20-22°C, and on Monday 11/03 even higher – to 22-24°C (Heraklion, Chania, Thessaly, eastern Peloponnese), the weather forecaster reports.
However, do not rush to put warm clothes on the far shelf. From Tuesday 12/03 new bad weather will come from Italy to Greece with rain, African dust and a gradual drop in temperature.
“For the coming days, temperatures are forecast to be normal for the season, with a downward trend in the second ten days of the month,” the EMY director said in his post.
