"Lilliputian" houses for 30,000 dollars appealed to young people

Buying a property seems to be a dream for many, especially the new generation of young people who are struggling to make ends meet with fairly high day-to-day expenses.

Thus, even the thought of a loan is rejected by them in the blink of an eye. On the other hand, however, there are those who do not give up and are looking for ways out of this situation. And then Amazon comes to their aid. The company sells not only “small trinkets”, but now also folding houses that anyone can install on their own site.

“Go figure, I just bought a house on Amazon!” exclaims 23-year-old Jeffrey Bryant in a video posted to TikTok that amazes 8.6 million viewers. In a conversation with the New York Post, the young man explains that buying a house for $30,000 was made possible thanks to money he inherited from his recently deceased grandfather.

“I saw a YouTuber unboxing it and went to the site to make the purchase myself,” Bryant explains in his video. The interesting thing is that the plans of the 23-year-old guy do not end there. As he explains, his goal is to rent out the house to the homeless for a nominal rent or through AirBnB.

Amazon’s home market pioneer, 27-year-old influencer and children’s toy chain owner Nathan Graham, posted a video of the assembly of his newly purchased $30,000 property in early January. “This thing is so easy to build!” Graham can be heard saying as he and some friends “put together” the living room. The video of the small but cute house has received over 20.4 million views on TikTok.
