V. Nuland: "Putin and the Russian military are expected "pleasant surprises""

The State Department’s number two, Victoria Nuland, said before leaving Kyiv after an official visit that Russian President Vladimir Putin and Russian troops were in for “pleasant surprises” on the battlefields of Ukraine.
