A bank’s refusal to open a regular account does not mean that it is generally impossible to obtain banking services in Greece: first you need to find out the exact reason, correct KYC documents or the origin of funds, and if you legally reside in the EU, make a separate request λογαριασμό πληρωμών με βασικά χαρακτηριστικάthe right to which is expressly provided for by N.4465/2017.
