Investigation into the case 33-year-old influencer revealed new details: for meetings with one of the 16-year-olds, according to the police, he received €150and some clients are already installed.

In the case of a 33-year-old influencer accused of sexually exploiting two 16-year-old girls, new details have emerged: the investigation claims that for each meeting with one of the minors he received €150, while the girl herself received only small sums and food.

Famous influencer accused of sexually exploiting two 16-year-olds

“Athens News” have already talked about this matter: The 33-year-old influencer and adult film actor was detained in Ilioupoli on September 5 on a warrant and is accused of trafficking minors for the purpose of sex exploitation, pimping, production and distribution of sexually explicit materials involving minors and a number of other crimes.

Now new details have appeared in the case materials about how, according to investigators, the scheme was organized.

€150 per meeting

According to the investigation materials, within about one month the four meetings involving one of the 16-year-olds.

For each such meeting, the 33-year-old allegedly received €150 directly from the client.

According to investigators, he gave only small amounts to the minor as a kind of “pocket money” and also bought her food.

Thus, if these cases are confirmed in court, we are talking not just about mediation, but about direct profit from the sexual exploitation of a minor.

A second 16-year-old girl is also involved in the case.

The investigation is also looking into the defendant’s contacts with a second 16-year-old girl.

According to police, in early July he contacted her through Viber and offered to find men for paid meetings for €120–150.

In addition, he allegedly posted an advertisement on an erotic website with a photograph of a minor.

The contact phone number was indicated his own number.

It is this detail that is now helping the police restore their circle of clients.

The police are already identifying clients

MEGA reports that some of the men who contacted the accused have already been identified.

According to the TV channel, many of them called his number without hiding your phone numberso investigators were able to identify them using digital data.

This means that the investigation could go far beyond the figure of the 33-year-old himself.

The police have to find out:

  • how many clients were there;
  • did they know the girls’ ages;
  • whether there were other minors;
  • how long the scheme was in effect;
  • what amounts passed through the accused;
  • whether there were intermediaries or other participants.

The investigation began after the mother’s statement

According to MEGA, the police came to this story after an appeal from the mother of one of the girls.

She was alarmed that her daughter had developed expensive phones and clothesthe origin of which she could not explain.

After this, the mother contacted the police, and the juvenile protection unit took over the investigation.

Employees found advertisements on the Internet with photographs of two girls and began to identify the person who managed contacts with clients.

Lamborghini, McLaren and the rich lifestyle

A separate line of investigation concerns the finances of the accused.

On social networks, the 33-year-old showed an image of a wealthy life and regularly published photos and videos next to expensive cars.

Among them were Lamborghini, McLaren and other cars costing over €100.000.

However, the mere fact that a person appears next to an expensive car does not mean that the car belonged to him.

Therefore, the investigation is now checking the origin of his income, banking transactions and the possible connection of the lifestyle demonstrated on social networks with the activities that appear in the criminal case.

Important: Photos of a Lamborghini or McLaren do not in themselves prove the origin of the money. The investigation needs to establish whether these cars belonged to the accused, were rented or were used only for content on social networks.

What was found during the arrest?

The 33-year-old was detained September 5 in Ilioupoli based on a court order.

According to ΕΛ.ΑΣ., during the arrest he resisted the police.

During the search the following were confiscated:

  • digital devices and other electronic evidence;
  • materials that the forensic service is currently studying;
  • 45 grams of raw marijuana.

Telephones and other digital media will be of particular importance, since it was through electronic announcements and instant messengers, according to the police, that meetings were organized.

What charges have been brought?

The criminal case involves several serious charges, including:

  • trafficking of minors for the purpose of sexual exploitation;
  • kidnapping of a minor for profit and use in sexual exploitation;
  • sexually explicit materials involving minors via information systems;
  • pimping on several counts;
  • violence against police officers;
  • violation of drug laws.

All these accusations are so far position of the investigation. The guilt of the 33-year-old can only be established by a court.

The main question now is how many girls and clients there were

New data makes the investigation much broader than the original episode.

If the police do have customer phone numbers and digital archives of advertisements, they will be able to reconstruct the chronology of contacts and find out whether the defendant’s activities were limited to two 16-year-olds.

It is also necessary to establish who exactly paid the money, whether each of the clients knew about the age of the girls, and whether there were people among them who continued to use the services after receiving such information.

Result: The case, which began with a statement from the mother of one of the 16-year-olds, gradually turns into a much larger digital investigation. The police have the accused’s phone number, advertisements, digital devices and data of some of the clients. They are the ones who must show how wide the network was and whether it had other minor victims.
