Brazilian model and blogger Cahuana Billar died after falling from the 27th floor of a residential building in Dubai. The circumstances of the tragedy have not yet been established.
According to the Brazilian publication G1, the fall occurred July 7 from the balcony of the room in which the girl was. Her death was announced publicly by her family the next day.
Kauan Billiard was 26 years old. Before moving to the United Arab Emirates, she lived in Itajai, Santa Catarina, and was in Dubai for about two years.
She was followed on social networks by more than 20 thousand subscribers. Kaouana has published materials about life in the UAE, fashion, travel and visits to various countries, including Greece.
What is known about the fall
Uncle of the deceased Romildo Antonio dos Santos reported that the fall occurred from the balcony of her room. Local law enforcement agencies are investigating other circumstances of the incident.

After numerous publications appeared, the girl’s mother, Darla Billiaraddressed users of social networks and journalists with a request to show respect for the memory of her daughter.
“My daughter deserves respect. She can no longer answer the accusations and stories that are being created about her,” said the mother of the deceased.
She noted that the family is forced to cope with the loss amid speculation and offensive comments from people who did not know Kauanu personally.
A friend told me about Cauan
Gabriel Duartewho met Cahuana in Itajaí in 2022, called her a loyal friend, adviser and a person of extraordinary kindness.
According to him, they continued to communicate after she moved abroad. The last conversation took place at the end of June, when Kahuana wished him a happy birthday.
Mother arrived in Dubai
Darla Bilyar went to the United Arab Emiratesto oversee the investigation procedures and arrange for the return of her daughter’s body to Brazil.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil reported that through the country’s embassy in Abu Dhabi it is monitoring the situation and providing the family with the necessary consular assistance.
At the same time, the department emphasized that it does not disclose personal information of citizens and details of the assistance provided.
Investigation continues
The main question about the reasons for the fall remains unanswered. Neither the family nor Brazilian diplomatic representatives have announced the completion of the investigation or an officially established version of what happened.
Before the publication of the police’s findings, any categorical statements can only increase the flow of rumors around the tragedy, which the family of the deceased is asking to stop.
