Katrina, Haiti and Japan

The theory’s authors cite several high-profile natural disasters as examples of the proposed intervention.

Hurricane Katrina. According to their version, 72 hours before the strike on the United States, a certain frequency was allegedly recorded, which is associated with the operation of the network.
