Peskov: The US and Russia are ready to resume negotiations on the New START agreement

Kremlin Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov stated that USA and Russia ready to resume negotiations on the treaty New START on control over strategic nuclear weapons.

According to him, there is an understanding between the parties of the need for an early return to dialogue on nuclear security issues.
