Official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova sharply commented on the statements of the US President Donald Trump about an allegedly “bloodless operation” in Venezuela.
Zakharova was asked to comment on the words of the American leader that during the operation “nobody died”. The reaction was extremely harsh and without diplomatic formulas.
“What do you mean when you say no one died? When the US claims that this so-called operation was bloodless, it means that they citizens of Venezuela and Cuba are not considered human beings? Who gave them this right?“- said a representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
In fact, Moscow accuses Washington of devaluation of human lives and in the manipulation of language, when political rhetoric is used to hide the real consequences of violent actions.
