There’s something new video in the case of a fatal Road accident in Lutzwhich changes the picture of what happened: the recording shows third vehicleallegedly violating a STOP sign at an intersection.
Today a 29-year-old driver is testifying, due to whose fault, according to the case materials, a collision occurred, as a result of which a 24-year-old young man died, and another person was seriously injured.

According to currently available data, accused drove the car in a state of alcohol intoxication and, in addition, used cocaine before the accident. Blood sample analysis confirmed the presence narcotic substances and alcohol.

According to information from investigative sources, the appeared new video with a third vehicle that apparently did not stop at a STOP sign may affect the further investigation and assessment of the circumstances of the collision.
The day before, the defendant requested an additional delay to testify so that the results of the toxicological analysis could be included in the materials. It is not yet known whether he will try to claim that he took evasive action from a third car and that this was the reason fatal blow.

According to the investigation, the 29-year-old driver was driving with exceeding the permissible speed. In his first testimony, he apologized to the family of the deceased and expressed condolences, but this does not negate the gravity of the charges brought and questions about his behavior while driving.
