Travel between India and Greece will become easier than ever: for the first time in history, countries will receive direct, non-stop flights from January 2026.
Indian low-cost airline IndiGo launches two routes – from Mumbai And New Delhi V Athensbookings for January are now open. From March 2026 will join the network Aegean Airlinesadding frequent flights in the opposite direction.
Route Mumbai (BOM) – Athens (ATH)
Direction starts first Mumbai—Athens With January 23, 2026 year. Aegean Airlines: network addition from March 2026
Aegean Airlines will strengthen the direction with March 2026: five flights a week V Delhi And three flights per week V Mumbai. This will create sustainable direct connections between countries and simplify travel for both tourism and business.
