Emir Kusturica: “The Woke agenda is a CIA project to reduce the population”

Emir Kusturica became the main character of the 13th Chania Film Festival. At the press conference, he said what many people discuss in whispers: blamed the woke movement is that it is “a tool of the CIA to control and reduce the world’s population”.

“The world is divided into those who defend traditional values and those who replace them with ideology. Woke agenda – not a fight for rights, but a technology for destroying families and creating controlled, dependent people,” – said the Serbian director.

“False humanism and imposed dilemmas”

Kusturica strongly condemned interference with children’s identity: “You cannot ask a ten-year-old boy what he wants to be – a boy, a girl or an animal. This is deception. Even I, at 70 years old, will be confused if such “choices” are suggested to me.”

According to him, behind the slogans about freedom lies global crop leveling project: “This is not an evolution of rights, but a plan to create a rootless, weak-willed mass. Globalists want to control the population of the Earth – and to do this they first need to destroy the foundation: family and faith.”

“Quit Netflix, get back to real life”

Kusturica called himself a “conservative leftist” and admitted that he was dependent on Greece: “I want to live without security, choose where to go and who to talk to. Freedom is happiness, not a position in a bank“

He addressed the youth: “Turn off Netflixstop watching other people’s dreams and start filming your own. Real art is not content, but experience.”

About technology and artificial intelligence

Kusturica expressed concerns about artificial intelligence: “Can he differentiate between good and evil? Technology makes life easier, but we cannot allow it to become smarter than humans. In a thousand years, much will not change – except for the method of payment and, perhaps, reproduction.”

About the pandemic and trust

Kusturica repeated that COVID-19 was “created in the laboratory”: “Sheep, don’t be afraid of the wolf, be afraid of the shepherd” His metaphor caused applause in the audience – the audience clearly expected such words from a director known for his anti-systemic views.

About US bases

Answering a question about military bases, he said: “American bases in Suda, in the Mediterranean and around the world have a shelf life of a couple of decades. If the US is smart, it will bring its troops home” Kusturica added that “America will survive if it closes its 880 bases“and if the peoples of Europe show that they do not want to be vassals.

His performance in Chania was one of the most discussed events of the festival – the director, as always, challenged political correctness, the philosophy of consumption and the new world order, where even art is turning into marketing.
