Today Israel launched new airstrikes in areas of southern Lebanon. In particular, the Israeli army attacked the cities of Nabatiyeh, Saida, Marjayoun and Bind Qubayl in southern Lebanon, as well as Baalbek in the Bekaa region in the east, reports the Lebanese news agency NNA.

Another Israeli UAV hit the road between the cities of Sharqiya and Qusriya al-Sayyad with a guided missile. The attack caused significant damage to the ring road.
Israel has carried out what is being described as its biggest attack on Lebanon since a ceasefire agreement last year, launching dozens of powerful airstrikes across the southern and eastern Bekaa region.
An asphalt plant near the cities of Ansar and Senai was hit by several Israeli strikes, causing widespread damage.
The attack also destroyed a quarry and a diesel fuel tank.
In addition, Israel bombed the villages of Al-Kawsariya and Al-Siyad in southern Lebanon. The airstrike also hit the town of Shmastar in the Bekaa region, killing one person.
Earlier in the day, Israeli drones struck the Ali Taher neighborhood, located opposite Nabatieh Fawka, as well as Dabbash Hill, near Kfar Remman. Warplanes also struck the village of Bnaaful near Saida.
Videos attacks Powerful explosions were shown in Lebanon. In total, at least 30 airstrikes were carried out.
The Israeli army said it targeted Hezbollah infrastructure and the environmental NGO Green Without Borders, which Washington and Tel Aviv accuse of supporting Hezbollah.
“The Israeli army attacked the organization “Green Without Borders”said Israeli army spokesman Avichai Adrai. The organization, which has been sanctioned by the United States, was “used in reconstruction efforts” by Hezbollah, he said.
He also said that the target of the strike was a quarry, “used by Hezbollah to produce cement for the reconstruction of terrorist sites and infrastructure”accusing the resistance group of “continuing its reconstruction efforts under the guise of civil action.”
Israel has recently stepped up its attacks on Lebanon.
On the night of October 11, Israeli warplanes launched a series of intense airstrikes along the Musaylih road in southern Lebanon, cutting off a major highway and plunging much of the south into darkness after cutting key power lines. Recovery equipment was also destroyed.
Lebanon’s National Electricity Company has already restored power lines.
Last month, an Israeli attack on the southern town of Bint Jbeil killed five people, including three children.
Since a truce was reached last November, Israeli attacks on the country have killed more than 300 people, including dozens of civilians. Israel has also expanded the occupation established during the truce in violation of the agreement, and Tel Aviv has said it will not consider withdrawing troops until Hezbollah is disarmed. Washington publicly supported Israel’s position.
In August, the Lebanese government, under strong pressure from the United States, decided to disarm Hezbollah.
Hezbollah rejected this decision. It says it is ready to discuss a national defense strategy that would see its weapons transferred to the Lebanese army and made available for use in defending the country if necessary.
However, the resistance group stresses that these negotiations cannot take place while Israel continues to attack Lebanon and occupy its territory in the south.
