A surveillance camera recorded a man with an ax smashing a standing car into Kolokotoroni street Monday morning.
Shocked residents of the area reported about what is happening in EL.AS and to the municipality. After a short time 45 year old was detained and is expected to be delivered to to the prosecutor.
