- Main residence: to 800 € + 50 € for each child.
- Student housing: to 800 €.
Key dates and prerequisites
- Payment: November 30, 2025.
- Required condition: indicate the number lease agreement in the tax return before September 30, 2025.
Income criteria
- Lonely: to 20,000 €.
- Couple without children: to €28,000.
- Couple with 1 child: to 32,000 €.
- Couple with 2 children: to 36,000 €.
- For each additional minor: + 4,000 € to the limit.
Property criteria
- Lonely: to 120,000 €.
- Married without children: to 140,000 €.
- With 1 child: to 160,000 €.
- With 2 children: to 180,000 €.
