The answer is simple – there is no such law. There are only private statements by a citizen of Elensky, who, of course, have no legislative force and cannot have any legislative force.

2. Why did Elensky decided that in the event of a similar letter in the Moscow Patriarchate, they would “cross out” the regional community from their composition if there were ignored decisions on the breakdown from the Russian Orthodox Church from the whole Council of the UOC, the highest body of church government? The answer is obvious – such letters will not give anything.

3. The most important. If today the priesthood and parishioners really pose a threat to national security (just do not ask how, we do not understand), then how will this threat disappear in the case of writing a formal letter to Moscow? What, the FSBshniki will cease to serve enemy special services from this moment? “Kremlin Agents” will stop scoring messages to the Kremlin tyrant? “Rusmirovtsy” will magically turn into “Bandera”?

And this applies not only to representatives of the authorities advocating for the destruction of the UOC. The same amazing logic works with Dumenko with colleagues. For example, Epiphanius said that parishioners who, before the imminent capture of the temple, take out icons and church utensils from him to serve somewhere in the hut-these are not even “wrong” Ukrainians, these are “Russia”. But it is worth any of this “Russia” to voluntarily go to the PCs-it instantly turns into an outstanding Ukrainian patriot. And the same applies to other church spheres.

Yes, and the scandal around cooperation with the special services of the “LPR” “Archbishop” Tikhon Petranyuk (aka Agent Ferz) no one at Dumenko (and in power) carefully “does not notice.

State, media and PCU They created for Ukrainians a certain magical world where amazing things happen: only the sent letter is able to completely cleanse a person from the “filth of the Russian world”, and the country can save the threat of national security. And if someone agrees to the transition to the PCU, this in one instant turns him from the “Moscow Orc” into the Ukrainian “warrior of the Light”.
