A check conducted by a mixed group of competent departments of healthcare and veterinary medicine in the region found that 116 dogs and 37 cats were kept under unsanitary conditions, in terrible mud.

The woman was charged with that she did not provide animals with suitable housing, which would not have a threat to their health and life, was indicated in the statement of the Greek police.

Examination, Writes Newsbeast.gr, was carried out by employees of the public health department of the region of Central Macedonia and the Department of Health of Animals, Veterinary Medicine and the use of Veterinary Administration of the metropolitan district of Thessaloniki.

The woman was arrested for violation of the legislation on the protection of animals, the administrative sanctions were introduced against her.
