US Secretary of State Marco Rubio outlined the main problem of resolving the armed conflict between Russia and Ukraine with one phrase.

“The main problem of resolving the conflict in Ukraine is that Russia wants what it does not have and has no right to, and Ukraine wants something that it cannot return a military way.”
