Real estate market: Fear of rising rental prices after government measures. “The average cost of a house of 15–20 years in Athens is 1,500 euros.”

In my opinion, it is necessary to exempt from taxes of small owners or those who rent housing in the market and have low income – for such objects there should be a complete tax benefit. Owners pay too high price “– said, in particular, Yannis Refis.

- married without children: up to 28,000 euros;

- Unmarried: up to 120,000 euros;
- married without children: up to 140,000 euros;
- married with 1 child: up to 160,000 euros;
- married with 2 children: up to 180,000 euros.
