A quarter of the year, according to OnePoll, or six hours a day, we spend on the phone.
But this is on average. The study showed that every tenth, by its own admission, sits on the phone for more than 12 hours a day. At the same time, 50% of adult surveyed feel fatigue from online communication, and among the Z generation there are even more – almost 62%. And this number is growing – almost 60% of respondents admitted that over the past year they began to devote even more time:
- 47% said they feel “constantly online”,
- 60% complain about the endless flow of notifications,
- 64% of the study participants are nostalgic for times without smartphones.
