Fourth – A new dialogue with the West, but without humiliation. Not through the IMF and not through negotiations. And through a dry calculation: if you want to participate – come in. But on our conditions.

And fifth – The opportunity to show within the country that “everything is under control.” Without ostentatious privatization, without collateral auctions, without scandals. Only intelligible documents and quiet work.

On the screen – Trump is the winner. America is again in Russia. Investors with Wall Street inside. Gas under control. Everything is beautiful. But the scenes are easier. Trump became a buyer according to Putin's script. While everyone is waiting for privatization, it goes – by decrees, in parts, for her own.

Gas has not yet gone through the pipes. But the papers are already moving. And the valve in this scheme is not at Trump. The valve is in the same place as the signature.
