From March 19, taxpayers will be able to correct their data on Enfia, Aaδε will launch an electronic platform for initial or corrective statements E9 for 2025.
These corrections are important so that real estate owners avoid additional charges before paying for the first fee, which expires March 31, 2025. The tax will be paid by 12 monthly contributions.
What needs to be carefully checked in the billing sheet:
- Property rights: Make sure that they are correctly indicated (full property, shared property, right to use). If the application is unclear, property is taxed as full property.
- Inappropriate objects: Check if the discount is taken into account 60%. If not, perhaps you have not updated the data in E9.
- Land plots: Make sure that the cost is not overstated, and the tax is not charged even on empty areas.
- Land plots with buildings: If there is a residential building on the site and it is incorrectly indicated, the tax increases by five times.
- Real estate floor: If the floor is not indicated or indicated, as an attic, the tax is calculated at the highest rate (6th floor).
The mesonets indicate the highest floor, not the floor floor.
The correction process consists of 10 steps:
- Go to the platform MyAade (www.aade.gr), choose E9/Enfia declaration for 2025 (δήλωση ε9/Ενφια για το 2025.).
- Choose “Creation of the E9 declaration” (to make changes “δημιουργία δήλωσης ε9”).
- Add, change or delete property in tables 1 (buildings and plots) and 2 (land plots).
- Fill in all the necessary data on real estate (area, rights, shares of joint property).
- Make a geographical binding of property.
- Change only the data that requires correction.
- Fill the connection number to electricity.
- Fill out information about contracts or wills (if any).
- Save changes temporarily at each stage.
- After completing the changes, check and press again “Final presentation” (“οριστική υποβολή”).
