Light table – pure Monday bomb


On a pure Monday in Greece, traditionally cover a festive “lightweight” table consisting of lean dishes and seafood. However, how many calories are contained in supposedly small -calorie dishes?

  • Karakatitsa: 140-150 calories per 100 grams
  • Osminog: 200 calories per 100 grams
  • Mussels: 160 calories per 100 grams
  • Dolmatakia: 170 calories for 5 pieces
  • Olives: 120 calories per 100 grams
  • Pickled cucumbers: 15 calories (1 small cucumber).

It is noted that calories of seafood are indicated in their raw form. Depending on the cooking method (batter, grill, cook), calories can increase, up to 400 additionally.
