Tax inspectors control income in nightclubs and musical holls

The tax service, officially known as independent state income department (AADE), has introduced the system “Electronic reconciliation” Last month, simultaneously with the direction of tax inspectors to specific clubs, every Saturday evening is the most lively evening of the week.

While in institutions, inspectors can now compare sales data sent by the online system with what is happening in the field.

It is significant that on Saturday, January 11, 2025, all 29 large nightclubs mentioned in the Aade revision reported a total revenue of just over 821,557. In the next Saturday, the total revenue exceeded 1.1 million euros.

However, on the next two Saturdays, January 18 and 25, tax inspectors arrived at the same institutions where, in particular, they recorded the number of flower baskets available for purchase by visitors. The data obtained were compared with the bills for wholesale purchases stored in institutions, and then with sales registered on cash registers in the evening.

The operational department of AADE also made it possible to transmit data from 29 institutions in a minute, instead of the usual report per day. The same regime – inspectors on the spot and a permanent transmission of transactions data – acted on the next three Saturdays of February in nightclubs, where the greatest deviations were revealed at the stage of operation “Before and after”. The largest deviation has reached impressive 272%.
