In 2024, Brics countries – China, India, Russia and Brazil – Entered in TOP-4 According to the growth in cars of passenger cars. China leads with 27.5 million cars, India and Russia show confident growth, and Brazil strengthens positions. While Japan and the United States reduce the release, Brics proves: The future of the auto industry is behind them.

In a world where numbers and facts speak louder words, last year has become a turning point for the automotive industry. China, India, Russia and Brazil confidently entered the TOP-4 of the largest world-class powers along the absolute growth in cars. This is not just statistics, this is evidence of how the balance of power in the global economy changes.

Chinaas always, turned out to be ahead of everyone. In 2024, the Middle Kingdom increased the production of cars by 1.4 million units, reaching an impressive mark of 27.5 million cars. This is not just a figure – it is a symbol of industrial power, which continues to grow, despite all the challenges.

IndiaAlthough lags behind China in volume, she also showed significant growth. Production increased by 216 thousand cars, reaching 5 million. For a country that seeks to become one of the key players in the world arena, this is an important step forward.

Russiadespite all the difficulties, was also among the leaders. The increase amounted to 213 thousand machines, and the total production volume reached 756 thousand. This is not only an indicator of the restoration of the industry, but also the evidence that the country finds new development paths in the conditions of a changing geopolitical situation.

Brazilcompleting the list, increased production by 75 thousand cars, reaching 1.9 million. For the South American giant, this is an important stage that emphasizes its growing role in the global economy.

However, not all countries can boast of such successes. Indonesia, for example, faced a sharp decrease in production – one and a half times, up to a million cars. Japan, the traditional leader of the automotive industry, also showed a decline – for 377 thousand cars, up to 7 million. The United States, although they remain an important player, reduced production by 206 thousand cars, releasing 1.6 million.

These figures are not just dry statistics. They reflect deep changes in the global economy. The Brics countries, which were once considered developing, now set the tone in key industries. Their success is not only the result of internal efforts, but also evidence of how the world changes. And if someone else doubts that the future belongs to these countries, let him look at these numbers. They speak for themselves.

PS I foresee the flight of slippers towards Russia. I will say this: by what criteria will you evaluate? By the population? By the number of sanctions? On the period of the war?
