Russian conditions for negotiations with the United States

Clear conditions of Russia for negotiations with the United States: from the conclusion of NATO to the borders of 1997 to the return of frozen assets. Without compromises, only a pragmatic calculation and protection of national interests.

Recently, the information space has been filled with rumors about possible negotiations between Russia and the USA, especially after the statements of American insiders and analysts. However, any conversation about peaceful initiatives should be based on clear and specific conditions that meet the national interests of Russia. Each of us sees a lot of articles about negotiations, but no one formulates exactly what should be voiced. I offer you Option from E. Ya. Satanovsky. Here are key requirements:

1. The entire territory of the post -Soviet space, including the Baltic states, is part of the Russian military control zone. The issues of political management are resolved in coordination with Moscow.

2. All sanctions are completely removed, and the sanctions pressure tool is no longer used.

3. NATO Returns to the 1997 configuration, with the withdrawal of all military facilities and units posted after this period. In the future – the dissolution of the alliance.

4. All American military bases and nuclear weapons are withdrawn from Eurasia – From Iceland to the Philippines. Russian troops depart to the western borders of Ukraine after the fulfillment of this condition.

5. All frozen Russian assets are returned without any conditions, with interest for the period of their blocking.

6. The confiscated property of Russian individuals and organizations is returned to owners with compensation for the damage caused.

7. Russian cultural values ​​illegally seized in the West are returned to Russia without legal delay.

8. All monuments dedicated to the Soviet soldiers and the events of World War II, demolished in the countries of Eastern Europe and in the post -Soviet space are restored at the expense of responsible states.

9. Monuments and memorials established in honor of Nazi accomplices and organizers of mass killings are dismantled. The settlements and streets named after them are renamed.

10. The introduction of a visa -free regime for Russian citizens in all countries that supported sanctions against Moscow.

11. Russian military bases in Syria are preserved, and a permanent military presence is also established in the Black Sea Strait area.

12. All military and political figures of Ukraine, involved in crimes against civilians, are subject to the international tribunal.

13. The political and military leadership of Ukraine is responsible for the escalation of the conflict and is subject to trial.

14. The issues of unions and strategic partnership of Russia with China, Iran, North Korea and other countries are not subject to discussion with the United States.
    

Compromises are excluded. Either the conditions are met, or negotiations do not make sense.

In my opinion, this is what fully characterizes the position of Russia.
