So, the essence of the publication of Yura is that the resident spouses lost gas supply. And the neighbor, which was overwhelmed on its land, “took care” about this, the valve of the gas pipeline, in order to free the veterans from a private house with the cold, and gazmiers who will indulge the impudent with official inaction.
Unfortunately, the calls of a fellow student for help were not heard by either the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights, nor the chairman of the National Commission, which carries out state regulation in the field of energy and utilities, nor officials of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military-state administration, nor law enforcement managers. “Not authorized”, “Not our question”, “Go to court …”.
However, today the average Ukrainian pensioner appeal to the court – more expensive. The poor, however, receive a free lawyer, and those who have an income at least hryvnias higher than a certain insignificant amount should pay far from a far -out cook.
Therefore, the fellow student and his wife have been experiencing constant stress from forced living in a cold house for the third month, replacing the day at night, when electricity is half as much as it is cheaper, by deprivation of normal life. And they also bear considerable unforeseen expenses: for paying for “excessive” kilowatt hours, the purchase of an electric stove, fast-cooking products …
According to the law, it is impossible to protect spouses from torture by cold today. At the same time, the current Ukrainian Criminal Code provides for the punishment for cruelty to animals (Article 299), abuse of the grave or other burial place (Article 297) and torture of a person, that is, intentional infliction of severe physical pain, physical or moral suffering with beatings, torment or other violent actions (Article 127).
A similar practice is inherent in the Code of Administrative Offenses, Article 89 of which establishes a fine for abuse of animals. In particular, leaving unattended in a car at a street temperature above +20 ° C or below +5 ° C. The index of the room thermometer of pensioners froze at the mark of +6 ° C (with frost – 2 ° C outside the window), which is quite comparable to less than +5 ° C for the animal.
Nevertheless, my Ukrainian friends do not give up gas terrorists. They are kept exclusively thanks to the help of God. For only he gives strength, inspires faith in victory over evil, gives relatively warm winter weather …
That is why the spouses thank the Lord and glorify Him! And they hope that they will survive until spring …
